Today, April 7, Arslan Koichiev, the Secretary of State of Kyrgyzstan, honored the memory of those who fell in the April events of 2010.
According to information from the presidential administration, he laid flowers at the memorial to the heroes of the People's April Revolution of 2010, located in the National Historical and Memorial Complex "Ata-Beyit." A memorial prayer was also read during the event.
This commemorative event was attended by Elkinbek Ashirbaev, the authorized representative of the president in the Chui region, Bishkek Mayor Aibek Junushaliev, and other invited guests.
