Issues of migration, legalization, and medical insurance for citizens of Kyrgyzstan in Russia were discussed.
Negotiations took place in Moscow between the speakers of the Jogorku Kenesh and the State Duma of Russia. This was reported by the apparatus of the Jogorku Kenesh.
The meeting, which involved Marlen Mamataliyev and Vyacheslav Volodin, was held as part of the official visit of Kyrgyz deputies to Russia.
The participants discussed cooperation in the fields of economy, energy, and agriculture.
At the initiative of the Kyrgyz side, the agenda included issues related to the protection of the rights of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic residing in Russia, including their migration status, the legalization process, access to medical insurance, and the education of migrant children.
