Kalperizat Aydarbekova now heads the information policy department of the capital's mayor's office, according to an official statement from the city administration.
This position was previously held by Aysuluu Kasmalieva, who left the post due to transitioning to a new job, as clarified by the mayor's office.
The order for the appointment was signed by the mayor of Bishkek, Aibek Junushaliev.
