The city administration intends to transfer the plot of the House of Artists to the Presidential Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic

The city administration of the capital has approached the Bishkek City Council with an initiative to approve a project that involves the gratuitous alienation of two land plots on Kyiv Street and Chuy Avenue into state ownership.

The documentation specifies the following plots:

Chuy Ave, 108, area 0.1100 ha, identification code 1-02-03-0006-0275;
Kyiv St, 55, area 0.049 ha, identification code 1-02-03-0006-0148.

On Chuy Avenue is the House of Artists, which is adjacent to the former building of the Ministry of Economy, now occupied by the State Enterprise "Salyk Service".

At 55 Kyiv Street is the Clinic for Reproductive Health, owned by the LLC "Paging Company Areopag-Payj".

According to the submitted documents, the transfer of the plots occurs at the request of the Presidential Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic, which emphasizes that these lands are necessary for "creating favorable conditions for attracting investments, implementing investment projects, as well as for the comprehensive development and unified architectural and urban appearance of the infrastructure facilities of Bishkek."
