Today, March 11, an official ceremony took place in the Jogorku Kenesh where the newcomers to the Cabinet of Ministers took their oath. President Sadyr Japarov was present at this important event.
In accordance with the requirements of the Constitution, the oath is taken in the presence of the head of state and members of parliament. The following individuals took the oath of loyalty to the people and the president:
Erlist Akunbekov - Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry;
Kanat Sagynbaev - Minister of Labor, Social Security, and Migration;
Gulzat Isamatova - Minister of Science, Higher Education, and Innovations;
Talantbek Soltoboev - Minister of Transport and Communications;
Akyil Toktoboev - Minister of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision;
Damirbek Osmonov - Minister of Health;
Kanatbek Chynybaev - Minister of Emergency Situations;
Jumgalbek Shabdanbekov - Chairman of the State Committee for National Security (GKNB).
After the ceremony, President Sadyr Japarov congratulated the new ministers, emphasizing their high responsibility to society in implementing state programs and reforms planned for 2026.
