An important event took place at the meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh — the newly appointed ministers took the oath. Among those who pronounced the oath were:
Erlist Abakirov, who became the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry;
Kanat Sagynbaev, appointed Minister of Labor, Social Protection, and Migration;
Gulzat Isamatova, holding the position of Minister of Science, Higher Education, and Innovations;
Talant Soltobaev, who now heads the Ministry of Transport and Communications;
Akyil Toktobaev, the new Minister of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision;
Damirbek Osmonov, who became the Minister of Health;
Kanatbek Chynybaev, who will be responsible for emergency situations;
and Jumgalbek Shabdanbekov, who has taken charge of the State Committee for National Security.
