In Kyrgyzstan, more than 25,000 messages from students have been received through the anonymous function "Don't be afraid, report" in the electronic diary system "E-Kundoluk." Deputy Minister of Education Mukhtarbek Baymurzaev announced this figure at a meeting of the parliamentary committee on law and order, combating crime, and countering corruption.

The launch of this functionality took place in the first quarter of 2025, providing children with the opportunity to anonymously report instances of pressure or threats. The information received is sent directly to the Ministry of Education and then forwarded to the Ministry of Internal Affairs for prompt response.

Currently, the processing of these messages is done manually; however, full automation of this process is planned in the near future.

Altynbek Erkinbekov, head of the department of education and extracurricular activities, noted that children report not only problems in educational institutions but also cases of domestic violence.

“Reports come in on a variety of topics. For example, there was a case where, thanks to information in the electronic diary, a conflict at school was prevented. One student reported that high school students were planning to call younger ones for a 'meeting' in the evening. The prompt response to this statement helped avoid an offense,” Erkinbekov shared.

During the discussion, Deputy Zhyldyz Kurmanalieva recommended that the department complete the implementation of this project and actively work on its promotion among schoolchildren across the country.
