Since the beginning of 2025, more than 25 thousand appeals from students have been registered through the anonymous function "Korkpo, bildir," available in the electronic diary "Kundoluk." This was reported by Altynbek Erkimbekov, head of the Department of Education and Extracurricular Activities of the Ministry of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic, during the broadcast of the program "Elge sobol."
According to Erkimbekov, this function was developed to quickly identify cases of violence against children and provide them with the necessary protection. Currently, applications are processed manually, but negotiations are already underway with donors for the full automation of this process.
“Students who encounter any form of violence can leave a message in the 'Korkpo, bildir' section. The information is transmitted to the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Internal Affairs in real time. We plan to connect representatives from the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Social Development to the system in the future so that each structure can respond promptly within its authority. The number of anonymous appeals indicates the presence of hidden problems among adolescents that they previously did not feel able to voice. I am convinced that this application will become an important tool for preventing violence against children,” noted Altynbek Erkimbekov.
In addition, he added that according to a study conducted in November 2025, the most common forms of violence among children are psychological and physical violence, as well as cyberbullying.
