Based on the results of the competition, it is planned to enroll up to 5,000 people in the personnel reserve.
According to the agency, a new centralized selection procedure is being implemented: now candidates submit their documents once, rather than separately to each authority, as was done previously. As a result of the selection, citizens will be enrolled in a unified centralized personnel reserve.
“This innovation will allow candidates to apply for junior administrative positions in all state and municipal bodies without the need to participate repeatedly in different competitions. The mechanism aims to improve the transparency, accessibility, and efficiency of personnel policy, as well as to expand opportunities for citizens seeking to serve in the public system,” the agency reported.
The acceptance of documents into the personnel reserve will be carried out through the electronic portal E-Kyzmat, which should ensure openness and uniformity in the selection process.
Candidates will be evaluated based on a ranking system according to points, and those who score the highest will have an advantage in appointment to positions.
To enter the personnel reserve, it is necessary to go through three stages: document submission, computer testing on regulatory legal acts, and an interview, which can be conducted either offline or online.
Candidates who successfully complete all stages will be enrolled in the reserve for a period of three years. The agency expects to enroll up to 5,000 people based on the results of this competition.
The document submission period will take place from March 2 to 6. Complete information can be found on the website www.gov.kg in the "Vacancies" section and on the E-Kyzmat portal.
