Who is required to submit a declaration:
- all domestic companies, except those funded from the budget and having no tax liabilities for property tax for the relevant reporting period;
- foreign firms operating in Kyrgyzstan and having a permanent establishment;
- state and municipal officials;
- members of the Judicial Selection Council, the Central Commission for Elections and Referendums, as well as the board of the National Bank.
