The State Tax Service reminds that legal entities, as well as state and municipal officials, are required to submit a unified tax declaration by April 1.
According to information provided by the STS, this category includes:
– domestic companies, except for those funded from the budget and having no tax liabilities for property tax for the reporting period;
– foreign organizations operating in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic with the establishment of a permanent establishment;
– representatives of state and municipal structures;
– members of the Council for the Selection of Judges, the Central Commission for Elections and Referendums, as well as the board of the National Bank.
Additionally, it is reminded that individuals and individual entrepreneurs must submit their tax declarations by May 1.
The declaration form is submitted electronically through the taxpayer's personal account on the portal Cabinet.salyk.kg.
The declaration must include information about income, expenses, economic activities, real estate, land plots, as well as the amount of taxes paid for the reporting period.
