The investigation established that in 2025, 34-year-old M.D.A. was involved in the illegal trafficking of psychotropic substances. Since then, he had been hiding from law enforcement and was declared wanted.
The detention took place in the Jalal-Abad region, after which the suspect was placed in the temporary detention facility of the Osh Department of Internal Affairs.
