This step is part of the implementation of the presidential decree on the creation of this institution, aimed at developing and strengthening state mass media.
The organization was formed by merging publishing houses such as "Kyrgyz Tuu" and "Slovo Kyrgyzstana," as well as the editorial offices of the children's magazine "Baichchekey" and the literary-art magazine "Ala-Too."
The establishment of a unified information-publishing house is seen as a significant step in the process of modernizing the state media system, which will enhance their effectiveness and strengthen the information space of the country.
According to the adopted resolution, institutional conditions will be established for the implementation of a unified editorial policy within the framework of the state information strategy, as well as strengthening the management system of state media, which will improve the efficiency of both content production and distribution.
The Regulation on the new state institution has also been approved, including the maximum staff number, multiplicity coefficients, and qualification requirements for employees.
