Shainazarov noted that the appeal to the court was filed by candidate Bazarbaev, who challenged the decision of the CEC. The court sided with the commission, supporting its position.
He also added that the plaintiff has two days to file an appeal to the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic.
“If the appeal is not filed within the specified time, we will be able to transfer the mandates to the three candidates who were recognized as the winners of the elections held on November 30, 2025. These are Aigul Karybekova, Aibek Altynbekov, and Talant Mamytov,” he clarified.
It should be noted that the CEC had previously recognized the elections in district No. 13, which took place on November 30, 2025, as valid and decided to cancel the repeat voting.
