
Adilet Orozbekov.
Previously, this position was held by Rustam Mamasadykov, who was relieved of his duties due to a new appointment as the first deputy chairman of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Reference Adilet Orozbekov was born in 1978 and received his education at the International University of Kyrgyzstan, specializing in "diplomacy and international law." He also underwent training at the FSB Academy of Russia. Orozbekov is fluent in Kyrgyz, Russian, and English, and holds the class rank of 1st class advisor of the state civil service and the military rank of colonel.
He began his career in 2001 in the national security agencies, where he held various positions until 2017. His work biography includes the following key stages:
- 2007-2009 - Deputy Head of the Department for the Protection of the Constitutional Order of the State National Security Committee;
- 2009-2010 - Head of the International Cooperation Department and Deputy Head of the State National Security Committee;
- 2012-2017 - Chief Expert of the Anti-Terrorism Center of the State National Security Committee;
- Since 2017 - Work in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in the office of the national coordinator for SCO affairs;
- 2017-2019 - Referent of the SCO Secretariat in Beijing;
- 2023-2024 - Expert at the Situation Center of the President's Administration;
- Since December 2025 - State Inspector in the Department for Monitoring the Implementation of Decisions of the President and the Cabinet of Ministers.
