Sadyr Japarov appointed a new secretary of the Security Council
Adilet Orozbekov has been appointed as the secretary of the Security Council of the Kyrgyz Republic. The corresponding decision was announced by the press service of the president's administration after the decree was signed by Sadyr Japarov.

Previously, this position was held by Rustam Mamasadykov, who was relieved of his duties due to a new appointment as the first deputy chairman of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Reference Adilet Orozbekov was born in 1978 and received his education at the International University of Kyrgyzstan, specializing in "diplomacy and international law." He also underwent training at the FSB Academy of Russia. Orozbekov is fluent in Kyrgyz, Russian, and English, and holds the class rank of 1st class advisor of the state civil service and the military rank of colonel.
