
At a meeting held at the Embassy of Kyrgyzstan in Moscow, the possibilities of returning doctors to their homeland and creating conditions for their professional growth in the country's healthcare system were discussed. About 60 doctors participated in the event.
Kanybek Dosmambetov spoke about the current reforms aimed at modernizing medical institutions, as well as measures that will help increase the attractiveness of the profession. Among these measures are salary increases, infrastructure improvements, and support for young specialists.
The participants of the meeting shared their experiences working abroad and proposed ideas for adapting medical personnel in Kyrgyzstan. As a result of the discussion, several young doctors expressed a desire to consider employment opportunities in local medical institutions in the coming months.
According to the minister, "the healthcare system of Kyrgyzstan needs qualified and dedicated specialists. The state is interested in the return of our doctors who can develop and contribute to the improvement of the population's health. The Ministry is ready to provide full support and create decent living and working conditions."
This initiative is part of the Ministry of Health's strategy to strengthen human resources and attract highly qualified specialists to the regions of the country.
