

During his working trip to Russia, the Minister of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic, Kanbek Dosmambetov, held a meeting with Kyrgyz doctors working in Russia.
According to the press service of the ministry, the event took place at the Embassy of Kyrgyzstan in Moscow and gathered about 60 medical professionals who work in the healthcare sector in the city.
The main topic of discussion was attracting Kyrgyz doctors back to their homeland, as well as creating comfortable conditions for their work in the country's healthcare system.
During the conversation, the minister informed the doctors about the current reforms in the healthcare sector, measures for modernizing medical institutions, increasing salaries, developing infrastructure, and improving working conditions for medical staff, as noted in the ministry's statement.
Important aspects of social support, opportunities for professional growth, and creating decent conditions for young specialists were also discussed.

"The healthcare system of Kyrgyzstan requires qualified, dedicated specialists. The state is interested in the return of our doctors and medical personnel to their homeland so that they can develop and contribute to the health of the population. The ministry is ready to provide support and create comfortable conditions for work and life," noted Kanbek Dosmambetov.
As a result of the meeting, several young specialists expressed a desire to consider the possibility of returning and continuing their careers in Kyrgyzstan's healthcare sector.
