According to the press service of the ministry, the event took place at the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Russia and gathered about 60 medical professionals working in the healthcare sector.
An important topic of discussion was the ways to encourage Kyrgyz medical specialists to return home, as well as the creation of conditions for their professional realization within the country's healthcare system.
During the conversation, the minister spoke about the reforms being implemented in the healthcare sector, modernization of institutions, salary increases, infrastructure development, and improving working conditions for medical workers. Special attention was given to social support, career advancement, and creating favorable conditions for young specialists.
The doctors present at the meeting shared their experiences of working abroad and expressed suggestions and questions regarding employment and adaptation in Kyrgyzstan.
As a result of the discussion, several young specialists expressed their intention to consider the possibility of returning and continuing their careers in the healthcare system of Kyrgyzstan.
“The healthcare system needs qualified and dedicated specialists. The state is interested in the return of our doctors and medical workers so that they can develop and contribute to the health of the population. The ministry is ready to provide full support and create decent living and working conditions,” noted Kanaybek Dosmambetov.
