Adylbek Kasymaliev discussed the digitalization of law enforcement agencies in the UAE
During the negotiations, Kasymaliev reminded about the signing of an agreement between Kyrgyzstan and the UAE in April 2025 regarding the mutual recognition of driver's licenses. This agreement significantly simplified the conditions for citizens of both countries and contributed to strengthening bilateral ties.

The parties emphasized successful cooperation in the field of security, including joint efforts to combat transnational crime, as well as financial and digital crimes. The Kyrgyz delegation expressed interest in studying the UAE's experience in the digitalization of law enforcement agencies and the implementation of intelligent technologies for monitoring and preventing crime.
Kasymaliev also raised the issue of introducing a visa-free regime for citizens of Kyrgyzstan, which was supported by his counterpart.
Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan noted that the UAE considers Kyrgyzstan a friendly state and is ready to instruct his team to explore the possibility of visa-free entry for Kyrgyz citizens, as well as to send security specialists for experience exchange.
