Staff renewal is expected
Health Minister Kanibek Dosmambetov stated the need for staff renewal in the capital's polyclinics at a board meeting, summarizing the work done in 2025.
He noted that the long-term tenure of doctors in the same positions for 20-30 years negatively affects the dynamics of the medical system's development.
“Essentially, they have become 'overgrown with moss'. We do not see any development. Staff renewal is a necessity. Young specialists are needed,” the minister emphasized.
