"Moss Overgrowth". Minister on Clinic Leaders Who Have Been in One Place for 20-30 Years
Dosmambetov pointed out: "In the clinics of Bishkek, there are specialists who have stayed in one position for more than 20-30 years. They have essentially become stagnant. There is no development. Like a dog in the manger — they do not develop themselves and do not allow young professionals to develop. Renewal is necessary."
The minister emphasized that for the successful functioning of the healthcare system, it is essential to purposefully change management personnel and train young people, providing them with the opportunity to implement modern working methods.
According to him, without regular rotation and support for the new generation of doctors and managers, the further development of state medical institutions will be at risk.
