The Minister of Health reported on the need for staff rotation in Bishkek
He pointed out that in several clinics in Bishkek, specialists have held the same positions for 20-30 years, which negatively affects the development of the healthcare system.
“They have essentially become ‘moss-covered,’ and this hinders progress. We must renew our personnel. It is necessary to prepare young specialists and train them in modern methods and techniques,” the minister added.
Dosmambetov also stressed that staff rotation should focus on the development and training of new workers capable of implementing relevant approaches in medical practice.
