The Housing Complex elected three new members to the Justice Affairs Council, one of whom is a deputy
The candidates for two positions were proposed by the parliament and the president. The head of state nominated the prosecutor of the Aksy district, Ulukbek Chynybaev, while the People's Kurultai presented Almazbek Aydarov. These nominations were approved by the deputies without discussion.
In addition, the parliament proposed two additional candidates — Bekmurza Ergeshov and Kubanychbek Samakov. As a result of a secret ballot, Bekmurza Ergeshov was elected, receiving support from 52 parliamentarians, while Kubanychbek Samakov garnered 22 votes.
Thus, the Council for Justice Affairs now includes Ulukbek Chynybaev, Almazbek Aydarov, and Bekmurza Ergeshov.
This Council is responsible for selecting candidates for vacant positions of judges in the Constitutional, Supreme, and local courts.
