This list includes ballet performers, dancers, artists from mime and gesture theaters, drag performers, as well as circus artists – gymnasts, acrobats, equilibrists, clowns, and wrestlers who have reached the age of 50. The list also includes vocalists, choir artists, and musicians playing wind instruments.
The new decree will come into effect on January 1, 2026, after its official publication.
