Residents of high-altitude regions must contact the territorial offices of the Ministry of Labor at their place of residence. The following documents are required to process the benefit: parents' passports, children's birth certificates, certificates of birth for twins or other children, as well as proof of registration in the high-altitude zone. Foreigners must provide documents confirming their legal residence in Kyrgyzstan. If the application is submitted through a representative, it is necessary to provide a passport, power of attorney, and a court decision on the legal representation of the child.When can the payment be suspended?
- When permanently leaving the country;
- if the child passes away before reaching three years of age;
- if the child is fully supported by the state;
- upon detection of facts of unlawful receipt of the benefit;
- if the family moves out of the high-altitude zone;
- when the child reaches three years of age.
Payment procedure
The benefit is accrued from the first day of the month following the submission of the application and continues until the child turns three years old. For example, applications submitted in January 2026 will be paid starting from February 1, 2026.Registration and address
