Orunbekov refuted Zhapikeev's words about the "inner circle" keeping people away from the president
In response, Orunbekov stated that such words are false. "Mr. Syimyk, it seems you are used to sharing incompetent opinions in the kitchen. I want to remind you: the era of impunity for such conversations is in the past," he noted.
He also emphasized that the president chooses for himself whom to meet and does not need anyone's permission. The head of state is aware of current events in the country and receives information directly, including during the kurultai, where delegates present reports.
Furthermore, Orunbekov added that if necessary, the president can directly contact local and district leaders for clarification of information.
He explained that he himself rarely meets with the president, as his work is related to general information policy. The press secretary is always present next to the head of state.
In conclusion of his statement, Orunbekov urged Zhapikeev to stop spreading "lies and slander," calling him a "kitchen general."
