"Kabar" Now Meets the Requirements of International News Agencies – Orunbekov

The Kyrgyz National News Agency "Kabar" now meets the basic standards set for international news agencies. This was reported by Daiyrbek Orunbekov, head of the information policy service of the administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, in an interview with Sputnik.

He noted that the agency's building underwent complete modernization and major repairs.

“We updated the technical equipment, which allowed the agency to meet the requirements imposed on international news agencies. New service vehicles were also purchased,” he added.

In addition, Orunbekov mentioned that the buildings of the TV channels NTRK and ElTR also underwent major repairs, and work on updating their technical infrastructure is ongoing.
