The Cabinet redistributed the staff of the Ministry of Health and updated the rules for wage payment

The Cabinet of Ministers has redistributed staff positions in the Ministry of Health and updated the rules regarding remuneration for employees who are not civil servants.

In accordance with the new decisions, the staff positions of various structures have been clarified, including the central office of the Ministry of Health, the Department of Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance, the Center for Health Development and Medical Technologies, and the Mandatory Health Insurance Fund. These changes affect both the central and regional divisions of the agency.

Additionally, amendments have been made to the document regarding the payment procedures. The list of employees for whom certain bonuses and allowances do not apply has been clarified. The aim of introducing new revisions to the appendices of the resolution is to unify the rules for calculating payments and eliminate the duplication of norms.

The Ministry of Health has also been tasked, in cooperation with JSC "Tunduk," to ensure the digitization of medical statistical reporting and the implementation of information systems. The administration of the president will oversee the implementation of this document.

The resolution will come into effect ten days after its signing.
