The Cabinet of Ministers clarified the safety rules for the operation of attractions
The Cabinet of Ministers has updated its resolution No. 171 dated April 12, 2024, regarding the rules for the safe operation of attractions. These changes are aimed at ensuring compliance of regulatory acts with current legislation.

Among the changes are the exclusion of certain formulations and norms, including references to the law on industrial safety of hazardous production facilities. Amendments have also been made to the wording, removing the word "production."
Changes also affected paragraph 245, which now includes a requirement for an annual inspection of the technical condition of attractions before their demonstration. The inspection will be carried out by a person designated by the owner or operator of the attraction.
Paragraphs 82, 247, and 285 have also been revised, with certain terms excluded. The new rules will come into effect 15 days after their official publication.
