Are we now going to call Jenijok, Barpy, and Arstanbek simply writers?!"
Ulan Primov supported her opinion, emphasizing that many citizens who earned these titles worked for many years. "If we ignore their contribution, it will be wrong," he added.
Gulya Kozhokulova highlighted the importance of the moral aspect of the issue. "These are not just awards; they are recognition from the state. Proposals that are supposedly aimed at 'de-bureaucratization' should not limit the assessment of citizens' merits. Removing the issue from the agenda is not a solution. Officials preparing such projects must be held accountable," she noted.
She also added: "The president has imposed a moratorium on the establishment and awarding of titles. Reform is necessary, as there are many titles, and some awards have caused public discontent. I ask to discuss this issue. Nurbek Omurbekovich, withdraw your proposal. Ignoring this issue is irresponsibility. We must discuss it in the first reading and submit our proposals for the second."
Akyilbek Tumonbaev expressed dissatisfaction that his proposal was not put to a vote and demanded adherence to the regulations. Sydygaliev confirmed that his initiative was the first.
"But fine, I will withdraw my proposal," the deputy added.
