Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, the President of Kazakhstan, and Donald Trump, his American counterpart, continue to maintain an active and trusting dialogue. A new meeting between them is expected soon, as reported by Julie Stufft, the newly appointed Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the USA to Kazakhstan, in her recent statement.

During a recent meeting with the head of Kazakhstan, the ambassador mentioned that key areas for further development of bilateral relations were discussed.
Julie Stufft noted: “I am confident in the full support of President Trump, and I have a strong desire to develop our cooperation considering the interests of both leaders.” She mentioned that Tokayev was recently in Washington and plans a new visit to the USA in the near future.
The ambassador expressed her joy at being appointed to Kazakhstan, calling it a great honor. She emphasized that the United States was the first to recognize Kazakhstan's independence, and currently, the partnership between the countries has reached a record level in history.
“In addition to my official duties, my family and I are eager to learn more about this beautiful country and its people, to explore the culture and life of Kazakhstan. We are sincerely happy to be here,” added Julie Stufft.
According to her, Kazakhstan and the USA are actively interacting in various areas such as culture, economy, and trade. The ambassador emphasized that the USA intends to continue expanding these ties in all spheres.
