Tokaev will meet with Trump again soon, - new US ambassador

During the event, Julie Staft emphasized that the United States was the first nation to recognize Kazakhstan's independence. She noted that the bilateral partnership has reached an unprecedented level that has not been achieved before.
Staft also added that cooperation between the U.S. and Kazakhstan covers a wide range of areas, including culture and trade-economic relations.

The ambassador mentioned that Donald Trump and Kassym-Jomart Tokayev maintain close ties and communicate regularly. The President of Kazakhstan visited Washington in November and recently had another conversation with Trump, after which he plans a new visit to the United States in the near future. "We hope for further dynamic development of our relations," the ambassador concluded.

During the presentation of the credentials to the Ambassador of Bulgaria, Georgi Vodeniski, Tokayev noted that Kazakhstan is interested in deepening bilateral relations with this country.

“We will strive to expand our cooperation in both the political sphere and the economy,” President Tokayev added.
