From March 14 to May 16, work is planned for cleaning streets, parks, squares, and courtyards, as well as planting trees and shrubs, arranging public spaces, and tidying up areas adjacent to enterprises and institutions.
All organizations and institutions, regardless of their ownership form, will participate in the activities of the two-month campaign.
District heads, together with municipal administrations, must organize and coordinate the work on sanitation and landscaping. They will also need to establish cooperation with property owners, homeowners' associations, and local residents, involving public organizations and business communities. It is important to ensure the timely removal of solid household waste, preventing the formation of unauthorized dumps, as well as to monitor the sanitary condition of areas, including markets and mini-markets.
Furthermore, in accordance with paragraph 168 of the Rules for Landscaping the City of Bishkek, approved by the resolution of the Bishkek City Council on August 29, 2025, No. 150, participation in sanitation and landscaping actions in assigned and adjacent areas is the responsibility of all leaders and employees of organizations, as well as citizens.
