The purpose of this document is to create conditions for the safe transport of radioactive materials and to align legislation with international standards and norms in the field of radiation safety.
The authorized state bodies for the implementation of this resolution are the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology and Technical Supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The implementation of the resolution will be carried out within the budgetary funds allocated for the relevant year and subsequent years. This document will come into force 10 days after its official publication.
