According to the resolution, the new rules are aimed at protecting both the population and the environment by minimizing the risks associated with the transportation of hazardous substances.
The implementation of this document will be monitored by the following government agencies:
- Ministry of Internal Affairs;
- Ministry of Emergency Situations;
- Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision;
- Ministry of Health.
These agencies are responsible for ensuring compliance with the rules and coordinating actions in this area.
Funding for activities related to the implementation of the resolution is provided for in the republican budget for the current year.
The new rules will come into effect ten days after their official publication.
