In Osh Region, a man was fined for illegal shooting of a hare and a partridge.

Ecological inspectors in the Osh region, together with officers from the Kyzyl-Zhar rural police department, conducted a raid on compliance with hunting regulations on January 8 in the Aylakuu area.

As a result of the inspection, a man was found who illegally shot a hare and a partridge. In accordance with the provisions of Article 263 of the Code of Offenses (regarding violations of hunting rules), he was fined 12,500 soms.

In addition, the offender will face a lawsuit for damages caused to wildlife due to the shooting of the hare and partridge.
