Feeding of Wintering White Swans Organized at Issyk-Kul

In the Issyk-Kul region, support has been organized for the white swans wintering in this area. This became known from a statement by the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic.

According to the information from the agency, in order to protect wildlife and its inhabitants, employees of the ecological and technical inspection service of the Issyk-Kul regional administration conducted a feeding campaign for these birds.

In winter, when natural food sources decrease, one of the key tasks has become ensuring a constant and safe food supply for the swans.

“This campaign is aimed at preserving the population of white swans and maintaining ecological balance in nature,” the official statement noted.
