Events unfolded on March 27 around three o'clock in the afternoon when UPSM inspectors decided to stop a vehicle for a document check. However, the driver showed aggression and refused to provide the necessary documents. During a verbal altercation, he struck a patrol officer in the chest and eyes.
After that, the offender was detained and taken to the Internal Affairs Department of the Pervomaisky District. A criminal case has been registered under Article 280 ("Hooliganism") of the Criminal Code of the KR.
An investigation is currently underway.
