The hospital building in Sokuluk was recognized as illegally privatized and returned to the state

After an inspection conducted by the Sokuluk District Prosecutor's Office, it was established that the building on a land plot of 226 square meters, belonging to the Sokuluk District Hospital, was transferred to private ownership in 2007-2008 in violation of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic. This was reported by the press service of the General Prosecutor's Office.

In response to the identified violations, a prosecutor's response act was drawn up. As a result, the building and the land, valued at 5,802,307 soms, were returned to state ownership and transferred to the Sokuluk District Hospital.
