The General Prosecutor's Office reported the discovery of illegal privatization of a hospital building in the Sokuluk district. During the inspection, it was established that between 2007 and 2008, this building was transferred to private ownership, which occurred in violation of current legislation.

The building occupies a land plot of 226 square meters. To eliminate the violations, the prosecutor's office prepared a response act.

As a result of the consideration of this act, the building and the land plot, valued at 5 million 802 thousand 307 soms, were returned to state ownership and transferred to the Sokuluk District Hospital.
