According to data from a prosecutor's investigation conducted in the Sokuluk district, in 2007–2008, a building located on a land plot of 226.0 sq. m was illegally transferred into private hands by the former ayil okmotu named after N. Krupskaya, which constitutes a gross violation of legislation.
As a result of the identified violations, a prosecutor's response act was drawn up, the General Prosecutor's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic reports.
Following its review, the building and land plot, valued at 5,802,307 soms, were returned to state ownership and assigned to the Sokuluk District Hospital.
