According to the agency, the incident occurred on March 22 at around 00:20 when inspectors stopped a "KIA K5" vehicle.
During the check, it was found that the driver, J.K.R., born in 1991, was in a state of intoxication, which was confirmed by a medical examination.
The "KIA K5" vehicle was sent to a towing lot, and a report was filed against the driver under Article 193 of the Code of Offenses concerning driving a vehicle while intoxicated.
