According to the court, among the convicted are Dalerjon Mirzoev, Shamsiddin Fariduni, Muhammadsobir Faizov, and Saidakram Murodali Rachabalizoda, who were found guilty on all counts.
Some of them will serve their sentences in prison, while the rest of the time will be spent in a strict regime colony. In addition, each of the convicted has been fined 990,000 rubles.
Umadjon Soliev, Mustakim Soliev, Shahromjon Gadoev, Zubaidullo Ismoilov, Hussein Hamidov, Muhammad Sharipzoda, Yakubjoni Yusufzoda, Nazrimad Lutfulloi, Jumakhon Kurbonov, Khusen Medov, and Jabrail Aushev were also sentenced to life imprisonment.
Three other defendants, who provided a vehicle to the terrorists, received sentences of 19 years and 11 months in prison. The owner of the apartment used by the attackers was sentenced to 22 years and 6 months in a colony.
The investigation established that the direct perpetrators of the terrorist attack were Shamsiddin Fariduni, Dalerjon Mirzoev, Saidakram Rachabalizoda, and Muhammadsobir Faizov, some of whom admitted their guilt.
According to the investigation, about 70 of the 149 people who died as a result of the attack perished due to the fire: they had no gunshot or other visible wounds. The primary cause of death was thermal inhalation injuries and carbon monoxide poisoning.
Recall that the terrorist attack occurred on March 22, 2024, at the 'Krokus City Hall' in the Moscow region during a concert by a musical group. Four terrorists — Muhammadsobir Faizov, Dalerjon Mirzoev, Fariduni Shamsiddin, and Saidakram Rachabalizoda — attacked the building at 7:00 PM, causing a massacre and setting it on fire. As a result of this attack, 145 people died.
The terrorists were apprehended in the Bryansk region, approximately 100 kilometers from the border with Ukraine. All four are charged under the article "Terrorist Act" of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
It should be noted that the group "Islamic State" claimed responsibility for the terrorist attack at 'Krokus City Hall'. Subsequently, the FSB detained 11 individuals, most of whom turned out to be citizens of Tajikistan.
