The court found Dalerjon Mirzoev, Saidakram Rachabalizoda, Shamsidin Fariduni, and Muhammadsobir Faizov guilty of committing a terrorist act, aiding terrorist activities, and receiving training to carry out terrorist actions, as well as other crimes. Each of them was fined 990,000 rubles. They will serve their sentences in a high-security penal colony.
Additionally, the court sentenced 11 other defendants, whom the investigative authorities consider accomplices of the perpetrators, to life imprisonment. Among them are Umedjon and Mustakim Soliev, Shahromjon Gadoev, Zubaidullo Ismoilov, Hussein Hamidov, Muhammad Sharipzoda, Yakubjoni Yusufzoda, Nazrimad Lutfulloi, Jumakhon Kurbonov, Khusen Medov, and Jabrail Aushev.
Four other individuals received prison sentences ranging from 19 years and 11 months to 22.5 years.
