He is accused of organizing illegal schemes related to land plots
Special services of the Kyrgyz Republic reported the initiation of a criminal case on March 10, 2026, against Kuvanychbek Kongantiyev, a former deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh, born in 1980.
According to the investigation, he is suspected of creating illegal schemes involving land plots, using affiliated individuals and legal entities.
As a result of the investigative actions, Kongantiyev was detained under Article 96 and placed in the temporary detention facility of the State Committee for National Security (GKNB).
