
According to the agency's information, from 1997 to 2004, land plots were transferred to private individuals in violation of legislation, including:
- a land plot of 0.08 hectares that belonged to the Cholpon-Ata city hall;
- the municipal bus station in the Ananyev rural district, occupying 139.4 sq. m;
- land plots of 0.16 hectares and 4 hectares designated for agriculture in the category of "irrigated arable land," previously allocated to the public fund "SOS Children's Village Cholpon-Ata."

The General Prosecutor's Office noted that as a result of the measures taken, land plots with a total area of 4.26 hectares and a value of 167 million 568 thousand soms were returned to state ownership.
