The incident, during which the brothers were injured, occurred on February 27 in Tokmok. A group of strangers attacked a 38-year-old local resident and his brothers, brutally beating them. As a result of the attack, the complainant and his 30-year-old relative sustained serious injuries, including a closed head injury, concussion, and multiple bruises.
This case has been registered as hooliganism in accordance with Article 280 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Law enforcement officers detained two suspects, Sh.A. and P.S., both born in 2007, and placed them in custody.
The investigation is currently ongoing.
