The investigation established that from 2019 to 2024, officials of the institution, using their official powers, organized fictitious competitions. Based on forged protocols, plots of land totaling 104.19 hectares were leased to 49 citizens for a period of 49 years.
In connection with the identified violations, the prosecutor's office initiated a criminal case under Article 346 "Official Forgery" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Currently, law enforcement agencies are continuing investigative actions to identify all participants in the scheme and return the lands to state ownership.
