The Prosecutor's Office of Bazar-Korgon Returned 9.2 Hectares to Municipal Ownership
An inspection conducted by the regional prosecutor's office revealed that in 2006, a plot of land measuring 9.2 hectares, located in the village of 1-May of the Kenesh rural council and intended for agricultural use, was transferred to private ownership in violation of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of the prosecutor's actions, the land plot, valued at 7 million 763 thousand soms, was returned to municipal ownership.
