It has been established that this plot, intended for agricultural needs and located in the village of 1-May of the Kenesh rural council, was transferred into private hands in 2006 in violation of the land legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of the prosecutor's activities and inspections, the plot was returned to the local authorities' control.
